EXPERT TESTIMONY

Dr. Robert A. "Bob" Palmer provides expert testimony on a variety of issues. Bob has testified in all levels of Arizona courts, including Municipal Courts, Justice Courts, Superior Courts, the Arizona Industrial Commission, plus the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

Bob has a Ph.D. in criminal justice and a master's degree in forensic psychology. He has attended Indiana University's alcohol investigation / expert witness school, and he is a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Examiners. Bob has been factory certified by the manufacturers as a breath test instructor on the Intoxilyzer 5000 and the Intoximeter RBT IV. Bob's experience covers areas related to law enforcement issues, impairment issues, DUI, drugs, and various aspects of homicide.

There is never a charge for an initial consultation. Bob's expertise is not limited to criminal matters, but can be useful on civil cases as well. Bob has rendered opinions in all types of criminal and civil cases where impairment might be a factor. Was the victim impaired? Were witnesses impaired? What was the defendant's state during any questioning?
